The Black and White Vans book two ways — drive yourself, or hand the wheel to a professional chauffeur. The 14-passenger Vardar Elite is chauffeured only.
For road trips, family vacations, bachelor weekends, and band tours. You drive. We hand over the keys to a fully detailed and fueled luxury van.
For weddings, concerts, game days, and corporate events. A professional driver, a van stocked with cold waters and cokes, and a stress-free door-to-door experience from start to finish.

Chauffeured service is $125/hour in the vans and $165/hour in the 14-passenger Vardar Elite, and includes the vehicle and a licensed driver. A 20% gratuity and a 10% fuel surcharge are added at checkout. Wait time between stops is built into your booked hours. Maximum 7 passengers in the White Van, 9 in the Black Van (the driver takes one seat), and 14 in the Vardar Elite.
No — and that's intentional. Kristijan and Rachel run the operation: they take your call, plan the trip, and stand behind the service. But your actual chauffeur is a background-checked, professionally trained driver on the Vardar team. You get the polish of an owner-run business and the privacy of a real chauffeur service.
Self-drive is $400/day with a 3-day minimum, plus a one-time $150 prep fee. You get 100 miles free per day and any extra miles bill at $0.35/mile. Renters must be 25+ with a valid license and a clean driving record. We run a quick verification, take a refundable security deposit, and walk you through the vehicle at pickup.
For weddings and SEC home-game weekends, we recommend reserving 4–8 weeks out. For airport runs and corporate trips, 48–72 hours is usually fine. We try to accommodate same-day requests — just call.
Vardar is based in Birmingham. We routinely serve all of central Alabama, plus Tuscaloosa, Auburn, Huntsville, Atlanta, Nashville, Destin, and New Orleans. Longer trips are by quote.
On chauffeured trips, yes — passengers may bring beverages (including alcohol for parties of legal age). We provide ice, cups, and a cooler at no extra charge. No alcohol or smoking in self-drive rentals.
Cancel 72+ hours before pickup for a full refund. Within 72 hours, the deposit is retained. Within 24 hours, the full booking is charged. Weather and force majeure are handled case-by-case.
